Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance fitness program created by dancer and choreographer Alberto "Beto" Perez in Colombia during the 1990s. Zumba involves dance and aerobic elements. Zumba's choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo, martial arts, and some Bollywood and belly dance moves. Squats and lunges are also included.

This is your chance to get over the excesses of the festive season and join us for an evening of dance and fun.

Qualified teachers, Amanda Smith and Annette McCann J.W.A.A.D, will be on hand to help you get the best out of the evening with demonstrations on Zumba and Belly Dancing. Compere and hot music by John Murray.

Experts will be on hand to answer your questions and a selection of retailers will be demostrating and selling health and beauty products and services including massage, pampering, Zumba wares, herbal medicine and aromatherapy. Everything you will need to spoil yourself.
